In the beginning the route leads through the canyon valley of the Modravský stream and continues from the crossroads Na ztraceném uphill to the slope and top of Černá hora (1272 m above sea level) offering nice views of the borderline panorama and at favourable visibility (mainly in the early morning) of the Alps. The road continues downhill past the springs of the Vltava to Kvilda, from there along the road of the 3rd class up to the foot of Tetřev mountain an back to Modrava past Filipova Huť.
Nearby the Vltava springs it is possible to turn off in direction of Bučina.

In the beginning the route leads from Modrava along the road of the 3rd class in direction of Antýgl, 2 km behind turns towards the gate bridge (Hradlový most), which is also at the beginning of the Vchynicko-tetovský Floating Canal (technical cultural monument). The route continues by the forest path along the floating canal in moderate downhill slope to Rokyta. From there continue along the asphalt road uphill past Adamova mountain and Tříjezerní raised peat bog to Javoří Pila. Afterwards the route continues by moderate descend in the valley of the Roklanský stream past Rybárna to Modrava.

The route leads from Modrava uphill trough the valley against the flow of the Roklanský stream and after its confluence with the Lavoří stream further uphill to Javoří Pila up to the crossroads of tourist paths named Tmavý potok. From here the route continues by long ascent across the slope of Oblík to Zelená mountain and from here by long descent to Velký Bor where it connects to the road of the 3rd class from Prášily to Srní. The route goes on past Mechov to Srní and here turns off to Rokyta, Antýgl and Modrava.There is an option to turn off the route nearby Oblík mountain to the observation tower of Poledník.

The route goes from Modrava in moderate ascent along the asphalt road through the canyon valley against the flow of the Modravský stream to the confluence of the Lázeńský and the Březnický streams. From here it continues in a steep rise to the gamekeeper's lodge in Březník that houses the Information Centre, the exposition devoted to the writer Karel Klostermann and refreshment. From Březník there are beautiful views of Luzenské valley dominated by Luzný mountain.
This easy, 15 km long, trip takes us to the very heart of the Šumava forests.
The route goes from Modrava in moderate ascent along the asphalt road copying the Modravský stream into the setting of Karel Klostermann's novel From the World of Forest Seclusions and to Březník. Březník is a gallery of one of the most beautiful views in the Šumava - the panorama dominated by the cone-shaped mountain of Luzný (1375 m). The gamekeeper's lodge in Březník nowadays houses the Information Centre, the exposition devoted to the writer Karel Klostermann and refreshment. From Březník the route continues along the asphalt road by an ascent through the slope of Studená mountain. Once it starts descending nearby Tramphus cross it turns into the gravelled road. In place of Cikánská peat bog the road changes into the wooden footpath and behind it gets back to the gravelled road descending to Modrava.

The route goes from Modrava in moderate ascent through the wide valley of the Roklanský stream and further on the Javoří stream past Javoří pila to Javoří peat bog. From here the road rises to the peak of Polední mountain (1315 m) with the 36 metres high observation tower called Poledník, offering unforgettable views of the Šumava, the Bavarian Forest and massive of the Alps.

From Modrava to Rokyta we can select one of two optional routes - one along the footpath across mountainous plains and the former village of Vchynice-Tetov and the other along the road of the 3rd class across the gate bridge (Rechle) and along the Vchynicko-tetovský Floating Canal. From Rokyta the route ascends past Adamova mountain to the raised peat bog with the instructional trail named Tříjezerní peat bog. From here the route descends to Rybárna - former Schwarzenberg wood-ranger's house - and continues downhill along the Roklanský stream to Modrava.

From Modrava the route ascends past Klostermann Chalet to Filipova Huť and from there continues past Korýtko along the forest asphalt road to Horská Kvilda. From Horská Kvilda the route goes on along the road of 3rd class past Jezerní peat bog (with an instructive trail and an observation tower) to Kvilda and continues past the Church of St. Stephan to the crossroads from where it takes the path upstream the Vltava to its springs. From the Vltava springs it goes on uphill to the slope of Černá mountain and from its signpost descends past Černohorská floating reservoir to Modrava bridge and along the Modravský stream back to Modrava.

The track is an easy one in its section from Modrava to Javoří Pila along the Roklanský stream. Behind Javoří Pila the route becomes more difficult and leads to Oblík mountain (1225 m), after 3,5 km turns to the Bavarian Road and to Poledník (1315 m). The 36 metres high Poledník observation tower is closed in winter season, the place nevertheless offers beautiful views of the Šumava panorama. The trip is 12 km long. This easy, 4 km long, trip passes through the place of former village of Vchynice-Tetov. In the middle of the track it is possible to admire the view of the gate bridge (Rechle), which is at the beginning of the Vchynicko-tetovský Floating Canal. In Rokyta there is an Information Centre of the Šumava National Park and protected Landscape Area.
This easy, 6 km long, cross-country skiing track connects the most important skiing points. After the ascent past Klostemann Chalet to Filipova Huť, the track continues in moderate rising to the foot of Sokol mountain (1235 m) and from here descents to Horská Kvilda. Beware of two steep downhill slopes. The track is regularly machinery-treated.
