Tracks:                      105 km (profile 2552 m) for cathegories ZD 1-3, MD 1-3

                                    70 km (profile 1823 m) for cathegories ZS 1-3, MS 1-3

                                    45 km (profile 1000 m) for cathegories ZK 1 - 3, MK 1 - 3

                                               both tracks are the same as last year.

                        There is a chance for changing the track only at registration, not during the race.

 

Registration:           Klatovy, Basic school Klatovy, Tolstého 765

On Friday 28^th May 2010 from 14,00 to 22,30 and on Saturday 29^th May 2010 from 6,00 till 7,15 for longer track and till 9,45 for the shorter one. But you risk you will be late at start!

 

Registration for people not registered in advance will be possible only in case the limit will not be fulfilled(See details in next paragraphs).

 

Start:                          Klatovy, on the square (“Náměstí Míru”)     at 7,30 – 105 km track

                                                                                                          at 10,00 –   70 and 45 km track

 

There will be two start lines in both times. First 200 competitors from last year’s absolute finish order will start in first line.

 

Time for all competitors is kept from starting shot and is important for finish order. But we will keep and publish your real time.

 

ATTENTION! Chip scanning and start registration of competitors finishes always 20 minutes after the starting time, i.e. at 7,50 and 10,20.

 

Finish:                       Klatovy, the town bathing establishment till 18,00

 

                                   The time limit to be signed in the list of results is 18,00 at the finish.

Application forms: a) on-line via INTERNET FORM (till limit is fulfilled or till 21^st May 2010)

 

                                    b) via post after filling in and printing the printed version of application form (till limit is fulfilled or till 21^st May 2010)

                                              

                        After this term (21^st May 2010) you can apply for the race (when the limit is not fulfilled) only on Friday 28^th May 2010 without souvenir!

 

ATTENTION! On Saturday 29^th May 2010 it is not possible to apply for the race

 

Cancelling start is possible only in a written form till 27^th May 2010. Cancelling fee is 100 CZK.

Your application form becomes valid after your payment appears at our bank account(be careful when filling in data such as variable and specific symbol)!

 

ATTENTION! This year the number of competitors is limited again.

 

 

Starting fee:             paid till 21^st May 2010 at the latest           600 CZK (including souvenir)

we recommend to pay via cashless transfer

 

paid on Friday 28^th May 2010                    700 CZK (without souvenir and when the limit is not fulfilled)

 

Deadline for payments and application forms – when the limit is not fulfilled –

– is 21^st May 2010

 

To these dates your payments must appear at our bank account. You must take a time reserve for bank operations into account.

 

Pay the starting fee on the same day as you send an application form at the latest. When we could not identify your payment and compare it with your application form the application form will be discarded from database.

 

WHEN OUR BANK REGISTRATES 3200 PAYMENTS, THE ACCOUNT WILL BE BLOCKED, further payments will not be possible and your money will come back.

 

The list of applied competitors will be continuously published on the INTERNET.

If you assume you have sent your application form in time and you are not in the list, please contact the organizer. But take a post delivery time and bank operations into account.

a) by money transfer from your account(you risk returned payment when limit is fulfilled).

 

b) pay the money in cash in a branch of “Komerční banka“ in the Czech Republic(real time payment – you will know if applying is possible and will not risk a returned payment).

 

c) CASH payment at the day of presentation is allowed for abroad competitors. Because of high bank charges when payment is from other country, it is possible to pay the starting fee at the day of presentation with lower tarif (600 CZK + souvenir). But sending the aplication form in advance (in termin till
21st May) is necessary!

 

You will be registered according to daily bank statements. So, it is necessary to write your birthdate (yymmdd) as a variable symbol. Specific symbol is -11- for MTB. You cannot pay with one payment order for more than one person. The original receipt should be taken on the registration for the case of a control or a complaint.

 

Prizes:                       First five racers in each cathegory will be awarded with cups,

other prizes – including bikes from Author – will be drawn by lots.

 

Refreshment:          There will be 4 refreshment stations on the longer track and 3 refreshment stations on the midle track and 1 refreshment station on the track of 45 km.
Goulash and beer will be served at the finish.

Conditions:             

 

The crush helmet is obligatory! The racer taking part in the race without helmet will be disqualified!

In case you are younger than 18, you need your parents’ written agreement brought to the registration.

 

The race takes place in full traffic at your own risk. We recommend a health inspection and an individual insurance. The organizer is not responsible and will not pay for any injuries, thefts and losses during the race or in connection with the race.

 

We would like to inform you about the danger of bike thefts during the registration. The organizer advises you to use the bike storage in duration of the registration and after the race that will be open till 10,00 on Sunday.

 

The organizer won’t allow anybody to use your personal data and will protect them in accordance with pertinent law.

 

Complaints and objections must be claimed immediately after the race, 7 days after the result announcement on the internet at the latest. The results won’t be changed after this term by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to change tracks and time schedule for the case of unforeseen circumstances

 

If you mark DVD-R or VHS on your application form you order medium with recorded document of marathon AKS MTB 2010 for 290 CZK, which is produced by company FILM pro Pavel Kalista (www.filmpro.cz) and which will come as C.O.D. two months after the race at the latest. Triatlon klub Klatovy is only a factor of this service.
